The services offered include everything from branding strategy work, marketing, content and social media to website design and development, digital spend recommendations and management, publications, sponsored content, print services, blogs, video, photography and so much more.
We are looking to grow our ‘in office’ sales team in Kelowna and Kamloops with people who are driven, hardworking and competitive! If you have a minimum of one (1) year experience in outbound sales with excellent written and oral communication, and are comfortable engaging with prospects, we would love to hear from you!
This sales position has a $30,000 base ongoing with commissions of 5% - 15% depending on the product sold. Products range in price from $50 to $250,000+. You will have a financial safety net plus unlimited earning potential. Your income will be based on your sales ability, sales activities and tenacity. Health benefits are available after the 90 day probation period. The successful candidates will receive a two day onboarding process, training on softwares and processes, and ongoing support to ensure you are prepared to guide and help businesses scale.
The office location could be at our office or print studio in Kelowna, or our office in Kamloops.
To be successful in this role, it will be beneficial to have experience with tech, email, Google Drive and experience using a CRM. You will need to like cold-calling, visiting businesses and attending networking events.
